By downloading, installing or using Cairn, or by buying a license, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the application.
Cairn is a desktop application for macOS for discovery wireframing: you model the structure of your product (data, roles and flows) and run it to catch what's missing before you build. There's a free plan and a paid plan (Pro).
When you buy Pro we grant you a perpetual, personal and non-exclusive license to use Cairn. The license is for your use (you can activate it on your own machines and move it by deactivating and reactivating it). You may not resell it, sublicense it, share your key publicly or attempt to circumvent the license checks.
This is the important part, so we say it clearly:
We do our best to maintain and improve Cairn, but we don't guarantee a specific update frequency nor that a specific feature will exist in the future.
Pro's price is shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe. Depending on your country, taxes (such as VAT) may apply, which will be shown or calculated during checkout.
We want you to buy with peace of mind. If Cairn isn't for you, write to us from the contact form within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Since you can try all the features with the free plan before paying, we recommend doing that first.
Cairn, its code, its brand and its website are the property of The No-Code Company OÜ and are protected by law. Your license gives you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership to you. The projects you create with Cairn are yours.
Cairn is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we offer no warranty that the software is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, including the rights you have as a consumer.
We may update these terms; we'll reflect the date under "last updated". The terms applicable to your purchase are those in force at the time of buying.
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. For any matter, contact us first from the contact form: almost everything is sorted out by talking.
